フィリピンで生まれ育った23歳の橋本さくらです。フィリピン人と日本人のハーフで、現在は祖母と母と一緒に日本に住んでいます。エクセレント神戸では、介護スタッフとして働いています。

生まれ育ったフィリピンを離れることは非常に難しいと不安もありましたが、勇気を振り絞り、より良い機会を求めて日本に行くという決断をしました。来日当初は経験と語学力も乏しく、コンビニでアルバイトをしようと考えていましたが、就職活動中にFacebookでエクセレントケアシステムの投稿を発見し、思い切ってメッセージを送りました。その後の展開は私自身の人生の中で、とても大きい幸せな出来事になっています。

未経験でエクセレント神戸で介護の仕事を行うことは、言葉の壁もあり最初は大変でした。しかし、同僚たちの優しさとサポートのおかげで、この仕事はポジティブな経験に変わりました。経験のない私にも同僚たちはとても親切で、必要なときはいつでも助けてくれました。

会社の取り組みとして無料の日本語研修があり、言葉の問題を克服する上で大きな助けとなりました。この取り組みは外国籍スタッフをサポートし、職場でより一体感を持って働く環境を作っています。

エクセレント神戸で成長するスタッフ（家族）の一員になれて、とても幸せです。

I am Sakura Hashimoto, 23 years old, born and raised in the Philippines. I am a Japanese citizen and proudly half Filipino. I currently live in Japan with my grandmother and mother. And now work as a life care support and nursing staff at Excellent Kobe.

I was worried that it would be very difficult to leave everything in the Philippines but I gathered all my courage and made the decision to go to Japan for a better opportunity. At first, due to my limited experience and language skills, I expected working part-time at a convenience store, but while job hunting on Facebook , I found a post on Excellent Care and took the plunge and sent a message. The subsequent development became a major event (history) in my own life and I am still very much happy.

At first, I found it difficult to start a caregiving job in Excellent Kobe with no experience, especially considering the language barrier. However, thanks to the kindness and support of my coworkers, this employment turned into a positive experience . Even though I had no experience in caregiving, my co-workers were very kind and willing to help me whenever I needed it.

The company's commitment to providing free Japanese language training was a great resource in overcoming language problems. This initiative, designed for foreign national employees, demonstrates the company's genuine support for foreign nationals and makes the workplace more inclusive.

I am very happy to be a part of the growing staff (family) at Excellent Kobe.
